Eleven Inches of Rain are You Kidding Me?

I wanted the show-me state of Missouri to show me and they did, the trained spotters in the Cape Girardeau area which is in the southeast corner of the state reported amounts from 7.52″ to 11.1″ if you would like to see it for yourself follow our link to CoCoRaHS, then click on the state of Missouri and go to the report for the 19th. The heavy rains in the mid-west along with the record snow in the upper mid-west are setting the stage for major flooding in the weeks ahead.
